Following a request, EFSA published a reasoned opinion on the modification of the MRLs for acetamiprid. The crops in question, with former and newly evaluated MRLs in mg/kg, are:

EFSA concluded that the use of acetamiprid with these MRLs will not result in a consumer exposure exceeding the toxicological reference values and therefore is unlikely to pose a risk to consumers’ health. As of Oct, 13, 2021 the new MRLs are yet to be implemented by the Commission.
